Private Property Authorization Access and Vehicle Removal Contract For Alberto’s Towing / usdot#2935529

Authorization is granted for Professionals Towing as Alberto’s Towing, or any of its Affiliates and Employees, entry onto the Property for the purpose of vehicle removal. All vehicles removed shall be done according to California State Vehicle Codes 22658a, 22658.1 and 22500 (Fire Lanes), or any paragraph pertaining to an HOA, Apartment Complex, and Commercial Property; or where Public Access is available for Public Parking under this Code

The authorization shall remain as written by Property Owner, Management Company, HOA Board Members, or Manager of the Property and Professionals Towing. Any changes in ownership or management need to be in writing to keep any confusion from occurring regarding the reason or cause of removal by both parties.

1. Vehicles illegally parked in fire lanes or impeding the entrance to or exit the property.
2. Vehicles illegally parked in a manner which impedes the flow of traffic.
3. Vehicles illegally parked in violation of all posted rules and community rules and regulations.
4. Vehicle illegally parked without a valid permit or guest permit if applicable of property
